DataLyzer Spectrum in Photovoltaic Industry

DataLyzer Spectrum has a long history in semiconductor and PCB industry. Basically the SPC concepts developed in these industries were applicable to the PV industry but in the last few years specific solutions have been developed for PV industry.

Cell manufacturing

In cell manufacturing DataLyzer is implemented to control the full process from incoming wafers to electrical testing. DataLyzer Spectrum is used stand-alone and in combination with MES systems. In both situations data is taken from all process steps both manual and automatic.

Module manufacturing

In module manufacturing DataLyzer Spectrum is used stand-alone and can provide 100 % tracking and tracing. With DataLyzer Spectrum it is possible to control processes in the first control loop but also use the data to find correlations between process steps and critical electrical parameters at electrical testing.
