DataLyzer® Built-In Support Resources
All DataLyzer® Spectrum-SPC packages include extensive help systems and several hundred page user manual. Both resources are clearly written with step-by-step examples, screen graphics, and diagrams. They are supported by comprehensive search facilities/indexing.

Software Development Controls for Version Testing
Software quality control procedures are in place assuring each successive version of DataLyzer® Spectrum is rigorously proven with a large battery of automated tests.

Web-Based Support Features
A knowledgebase is available containing several hundred application notes. These are well-written documents, some of which have been published in respected web journals like ISixSigma. They are fully searchable by key words. These application notes address applications of software features to specific industries or the use of complimentary third-party utilities or they document new product features which have not yet been released.

DataLyzer® Spectrum Direct Support Includes
Tech support is available by phone 8:30-5:30 EST, M-F. These lines are staffed by highly-trained quality professionals who are in turn supported by our internal DataLyzer® knowledgebase system. E-mail and fax support are also available for domestic and international customers. Quarterly software updates are available by customer request. Domestically, CD's can be sent via USPS or ground UPS with tracking. Direct support does not include custom programming or MRP/ERP system integration services. Personal visits by our staff for installation or training can also be arranged with two weeks advance notice. Customers can also visit Stephen offices for training as an alternative.
