Training

Quality improvement techniques like FMEA, MSA, OEE and SPC can not be implemented if people don't have knowledge how to implement and apply the techniques. So training is an essential part of any implementation plan.

The following considerations are important when defining an in-house training program:
• The training should be in line with the implementation plan and should consist of logical steps spread out over a longer time period
• Training should be practical and what is learned should be applied as soon as possible.

DataLyzer International can provide in-house training and consultancy to implement FMEA, MSA, OEE and SPC. With the experience of hundreds of implementations we have extensive experience in most segments in industry and can provide training in your local language.
In addition to classroom training DataLyzer also has training programs like SPC Interactive which is a computer-based SPC training module for operators and SPC Wizard which can be used for SPC classroom training as well as self-training. With these tools internal trainers are facilitated in providing training in the organization.
DataLyzer also offers standard courses for FMEA, MSA and SPC. The aim of these courses is to transfer knowledge about the techniques.

Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

FMEA is a systematic approach guiding the organization how to prevent quality problems and indicate where improvements are possible and control is required. During the training students learn:
• how to organize the FMEA process
• the 15 FMEA steps
• relation between FMEA, MSA and SPC

Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)

MSA is a critical and essential step in every improvement program. During the MSA training course students learn:
• the theory
• how to conduct a MSA study
• how to solve the problems found during the study
• how to organize MSA studies in the organization
