US Office Sales Coordinator (full-time)

About the Position
We are seeking a bright, dynamic Sales Coordinator to join the team at our US headquarters office located in Wixom, Michigan. We are looking for someone who has natural affinity for computers. We will train you on our suite of software, so you will be prepared to support our customers, sales, and development teams with a positive attitude, drive, initiative and intellect. Your contribution will play an integral part in our success and growth.

Main Responsibilities
• Work directly with the company leadership to coordinate scheduling and activities in the US office with offices in Europe, India, and elsewhere.
• Work directly with sales team and customers to ensure stellar customer service.
• Manage sales support tasks including completing orders, developing billing statements, creating new customer licenses, maintaining our Sales Force and JIRA accounts for the US office.
• Support product development testing and error checking.
• Support social media and website communications, including LinkedIn.
• Regularly communicate with customers and sales reps via phone, and email.

Required Skills and Experience
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a professional environment, define and prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent writing, communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone skills are essential. Comfort with phone conversations with people with many accents from all over the world.
• Highly proficient typing skills and experience with MS Office.
• Affinity for computers and willingness to learn new software and applications.

Highly Desired Skills and Experience
• 2+ years of related experience in a sales or sales support role.
• Spanish
